Delivery and how we do it
Our delivery days are twice a week. We aim to get the plants shipped to you the day we receive them.
We therefore offer two shipping days - Tuesday for Asian Plants and Friday for European plants. If you order from BOTH Asian and European plant ranges, your order will ship on a FRIDAY.
We only send out plants that have arrived with us the same week , therefore we need to have a cut off day the week before.
Asian Plants
All orders placed with us by 4pm on a THURSDAY will be despatched the following week. If there is any delay - you will be notified immediately. As we are sure you can appreciate, your plants are grown in foreign climates so we have to contend with the joys of UK Customs etc.
European Plants
All orders placed with us by 2pm on a Tuesday will be despatched the same week. Please note if you order ASIAN plants as well, your order will be delayed to the following TUESDAY. If there is any other delay - you will be notified immediately.
We offer a selection of postage options as shown below:

* Next day delivery is from the date we receive your plants to us, NOT the date you place your order.
** We use (where possible) Royal Mail Airsure which is a premium service above Airmail. Standard delivery is Royal Mail Airmail. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 days.
If your order is over £50.00 then we apply an automatic discount of 10%. We further offer FREE UK standard mainland delivery if your order is above £60 as a thank you. International orders do not benefit from free delivery.
Failed plant delivery - If an item fails to arrive in satisfactory condition, you will be required to photograph it and send the photograph to us for comment. We will retain proof of postage for your information.
Backorders - From March 1st 2011. We will no longer process back ordered items. Any short fall in the order will be refunded in full
Cancellation of Orders - Until we process your order, you are free to request a cancel of any item and a full refund with no protestation.
If you would like your plants to arrive on a particular day, they can but there is a small additional charge. This is done at cost - we make nothing on this, and this service is for UK mainland only, but you need to contact us up front and we will try to arrange this for you.
